Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided for all local orders.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us including the tracking number. You are able to check your delivery status via the S.F. Express website.

*Delivery Time is determined by number of business days (Monday to Friday) from the day after we ship your order.

Failure Delivery
We can only change your shipping address before your order shipped. If you need to change your shipping address when your order is already shipped, an additional fee will be charged for the request. Please take this into consideration when filling in your shipping address.
